I have a severe dental phobia, I panic every time. I have always had cavities and horrible dental experiences, and so I turned to sedation. I came to Dr. Yeung with lots of cavities on short notice and she made time for me. The sedation was great, no anxiety, no panic attacks, just relaxation. The Dr. was able to fill multiple cavities in a day and I had a good dental experience for once. When I got home I slept for a while and when I got up I was very pleased with the look and feel of my teeth. She even called me the next day to check on me. I highly recommend Radiant Smiles, they are friendly, helpful and I finally like my teeth.

Our daughter's dental phobia was such that 2 more dentists gave up in just the last 2 weeks. Going to Radiant Smiles was pretty much a last-chance effort to get her the extensive treatment she needed. As a parent, I was very pleased with the personal attention given. I appreciated the frequent updates, and the care taken to allow her to relax as much as possible. Care was taken to keep the surroundings quiet and calm. The work done was quite extensive, and it was professional and thorough. Dr Yeung took time to talk with us both, and really listened to our concerns about fear, pain, even financial and insurance concerns. She even called the next day to check on her well being. My only complaint was that the office is a 90 minute drive ---but worth it, as my daughter said felt safe at a dentist's office for the first time in years!

I first visited Dr. Yeung's office several years ago when I encountered a problem with another local area dentist. The other dentist had filled a minor cavity on a tooth that initially had no pain or symptoms. After the filling I had severe pain in the tooth even one month after the filling. When I questioned the other dentist on the matter, he insisted that I now needed a root canal and crown. Instead of a root canal, Dr. Yeung recommended that she remove and redo the original filling from the other dentist. My pain was gone immediately and there was no need for a root canal. Dr. Yeung is now my dentist for life.

Our family of three has had the great pleasure of finding a dentistry team that goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service, oral health and maintenance. We moved to Kirkland from Las Vegas and all three of us needed cleanings and major repair and maintenance work as well as our 5 year old child needing to start his road to good oral health.
The staff has always been up front with non-covered costs, treatment plans and most of all extreme patience when dealing with a scared and manipulative child. Yes, our son is not the best patient, but the staff made the best of the situation and came out with completing his work while maintaining a sense of security for his future visits.
As a diabetic I need continual care for my gums and teeth and the staff has made the care something I enjoy and look forward to continuing in the future.
While we have moved a significant distance from their office, we are willing to drive the 75 miles one way to continue to receive outstanding care.
