Appointments

We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask you to extend the same courtesy to us.

We understand that things do come up from time to time and if you are unable to keep your appointment please provide us with a 48-hour notice.

Otherwise, with any broken appointments or cancellations under 24 hours, a fee may be assessed to your account.

Payment

We are a preferred provider for most major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we will process your claims and help maximize your dental benefits. Any costs not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility and are due at the time of service.

Financing through Care Credit is also available for those who qualify.

Our Commitment to our patients and the Environment

We are proud to say that we are fully committed to providing wonderful care for our patients while being environmentally friendly. We have been certified as a 4-star Envirostars business with King County. This rating means that our office was put through an environmental inspection by King County finding that we are following a strict protocol to reduce environmental waste.

Our office uses digital x-rays and paperless charting systems to reduce waste.  We are also avid recyclers.  We hope our patients appreciate our commitment to the environment and follow in our footsteps.
